New-School Cool: Reinventing the wheel is a tedious and difficult task certainly but in a way that's exactly what we at Xenon Depot think Morimoto has done with their new Sealed7 2.0 Headlamp. When it comes to 7in round LED lamps we all know the players and the cost associated with each. What Morimoto has decided to do is just to up the game for everyone with this new light. Take a look at the build quality and design features that we're going to outline below. We feel confident that you'll appreciate the time and effort they put into building a product that you can use day in and day out without a single worry or care. It installs in no time too. The icing on the cake. /p>
Output: In low beam mode, Nichia NCSW170C Series LED's paired with Morimoto's advanced Kuria Optic projector lens array efficiently distributes roughly 3000 lumens on the road in a properly LHD-stepped beam pattern. Because the Sealed7 runs a "dual-burn" setup on high beam mode, the output is intensified to nearly 4000 lumens there. It's like turning on the Sun.
OEM/ DRL / Switchback: These lights perform as though they were installed on your vehicle from the factory. Complete with three functions, these lights can run in 3 ways. 1) High-intensity white daytime running light. 2) Low-intensity white daytime running light (with low beams on) and 3) High-intensity amber turn signal. Just like a factory light, the switchback function cancels the turn signal as soon as it's completed and returns the light to its DRL function. The 3-wire DRL/Signal input makes setup easy.
Craftsmanship: We spared no expense. Those are famous words, but unlike John Hammond in Jurassic Park, we can prove it. The UV coated PC lens is shatterproof and will deny the Sun's attempts to haze it over time. Inside the PWM LED driver is inside the headlight itself to help the Nichia-Japan and Philips-Lumileds run at maximum performance even over long usage periods. Internally, the die-cast aluminum housings are also used as heat-sinks. So they're no deeper than the average 7in PAR56 headlight. That's intelligent design if ever we've seen it.
7" Compatibility: Designed to replace all 7in Round / PAR56 headlights, the Sealed7 offers complete low and high beam functionality. Standard, they'll arrive with H13/9008 male inputs, tailored for use on a newer Jeep Wrangler - but can easily use an H4 adapter to go old school.
Lighting the way since 2001: For nearly two decades Xenon Depot has been on the leading edge of the HID and LED lighting industry. While our product line has continually changed over the years, one thing remains the same; our commitment to quality customer service. You come to Xenon Depot because you want a reliable lighting upgrade. We intend to deliver that, and much more.
