The bulbs were packaged in good condition. The quality of the bulbs needs improvement. The color of the bulbs are painted blue to the point it prevents the light from being effective and reduces the brightness of the light. They need to use a different paint or film for the bulb.
Nokya Halogens H13/9008
I purchased these because the Volt HID kit was way too bright for oncoming cars. Unfortunately, these 7K bulbs were TOO DIM. I ended up not using these and purchased Philips Crystalvision. Although not a bright white they seem to be a compromise for the bright HIDs.
